House Seeded Loaf
DERU signature gluten free loaf! Can be used in place of bread or crackers. Delicious whether you can enjoy gluten or not! Made with organic seeds: sunflower, pumpkin, flax, chia. Toasted almonds and organic oats.
SERVING SIZE: Half 6-8 slices. Full 12-16 slices.
STORAGE: Keep at room temperature. Freeze what you don't use for up to three months, wrap tightly in plastic wrap before freezing.

HEATING INSTRUCTION:
*Focaccia can be enjoyed sliced at room temperature or toasted. Toasting directions below:
OVEN
- Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.
- Slice in appox. 1/4" slices.
- Lay flat on baking tray, if desired brush with butter or drizzle with olive oil (bread can be dry toasted as well)
- Place tray on middle rack if possible.
- Toast in oven until golden brown, approx. 8-10 minutes, flip halfway through.
STOVETOP
- Slice in approx. 1/4" slices.
- Place heavy bottomed pan on stovetop over medium-high heat.
- Drop a couple tablespoons of butter or olive oil, allow to heat/melt. (You can also dry heat bread in skillet, be careful not to burn)
- Place slices in heated pan for a couple minutes on each side or until it is golden brown. Use spatula to flip over.
