Zucchini Fritters

Local organic zucchini fritters. Served with warm goat cheese spread.

PACKAGING: Small bites are provided in parchment-lined aluminum tins. We offer an upgrade to kraft colored compostable platters.

Ready to Eat: Fritters come warmed and ready to serve. They can be re-warmed in a 350 degree oven uncovered for 5 - 10 minutes. 

Cold & Ready to Heat: Store in refrigerator until 30 minutes before you are ready to heat. Follow the heating instructions below.

HEATING & SERVING INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Warm fritters in a 350 degree oven for approximately 15 minutes until internal temp reaches 160 degrees or until heated through.
2. Warm goat cheese spread in microwave for approximately for 30 seconds, stir and repeat until heated through. Approximately 1 - 2 minutes.
3. Serve with sauce on side or dollop sauce on top of fritters individually with approximately 1/2 Tablespoon of goat cheese spread per fritter.
